• Visual inspection + moisture detection walls and floor (non-invasive examination).

• Remove existing sealant (silicone, epoxy, grout…) all internal corners.

• Diamond burr grip process all internal corners.

​

• Inject epoxy sealant or silicone all internal corners.

​

• Re-silicone shower screen (standard service).

​

• Repair cracked tiles if required (open with diamond burr and seal with epoxy).

​

• Grout repair (clean up, fix damaged areas, fill up holes and cracks).

​

• Check and seal taps (silicone between tap bonnet and tiles).

​

• Seal floor grate (epoxy or silicone between grate and tiles).

​

• Tile and grout sealer coating (penetrating solution).
